Cranio-Sacral Therapy and manual therapy. I always include a form of manual therapy in the session from the Asian or modern modalities. I also offer full sessions in Therapeutic massage, which includes Cranio-sacral therapy and lymphatic drainage.

My practice may include nutritional advice; it facilitates and supports your desired life style changes when ready, and brings a deeper, sustainable wellness that weathers the challenges of illness and demands of one’s life. This may include nutrition in general, herbs and supplements, essential herbs and chinese herbal formulation.
